Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2030+ strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing
- Author white papers on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present futures intelligence at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
