Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for product, service, and business model innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions and identify first-mover opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout breakthrough innovations
- Build and lead an internal innovation incubator focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruption mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and board-level decisions
