Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify opportunities and risks for 2026 horizon
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and presentations for internal stakeholders and strategic partners
- Guide R&D pipeline prioritization based on future market projections and technological convergence
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and technology conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological and social signals
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
