Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues on future scenarios
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubator for emerging opportunities
- Publish thought leadership and represent the company at global futurist forums
- Integrate futures thinking into product development, marketing, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Strong background in technology forecasting, sustainability, or social transformation
- Experience building and leading innovation teams or futures research initiatives
- Published author or speaker at global conferences on future trends
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
