Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategic foresight framework identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Drive commercialization of future-ready products and business models
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-oriented solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture units
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications
