Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 100 clients
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports distributed to C-suite executives worldwide
- Curate exclusive FutureTech Summits featuring thought leaders from MIT, NASA, and Stanford
- Establish patent portfolios for emerging technologies with $10M+ commercialization potential
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic innovation experience
- 5+ years in corporate foresight or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified innovation projects
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
