Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design future-proof organizational strategies and adaptation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive modeling
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
