As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll identify disruptive trends, develop future scenarios, and translate insights into actionable innovation pipelines. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to pioneer solutions that redefine markets.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for organizational decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend analysis
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation strategy team
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) in core business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or relevant innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, industry talks)
