Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026 technology convergence
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global systems
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
