Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions addressing 5-10 year market gaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic roadmaps with emerging technological paradigms
- Author annual 'Future State' reports translating foresight into marketable product roadmaps
- Curate and lead global innovation ecosystems with academic, governmental, and industry partners
- Champion ethical innovation principles while accelerating adoption of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynote presentations)
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, causal layered analysis, or weak signal detection
