Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) to develop actionable strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead immersive future-scenario workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce proprietary trend reports and innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging technologies (quantum, metaverse, neurotech)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
