Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptors impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Present executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
