Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to board members and global partners through immersive VR presentations
- Build competitive advantage through patent portfolio development and IP strategy
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Anticipatory Leadership' framework
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports distributed to 500+ industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500/unicorns
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by 1M+ users
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Kumu, Foresight Platform)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
