- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive shifts in industry landscapes
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateHorizons as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership
