Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product strategies
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen automation systems
- Present executive briefings to C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Mentor junior futurists through innovation pipeline development
- Author industry thought leadership on 2026 workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-product transformations
- Expertise in Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and weak signal detection
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with quantum computing or climate-tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
