Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop robust 2026+ strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and investment decisions
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators for early trend detection
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced modeling and scenario simulation
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decisions through compelling narratives
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
