Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion future-focused R&D initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab focused on 2026+ breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
