Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience scaling technology organizations beyond 500 employees
