Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate complex emerging technologies into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Anticipate socio-technological shifts and their implications on market ecosystems
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
