Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for strategic planning and risk mitigation
- Design innovation frameworks to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for decision-makers
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic drivers and their technological implications
- Portfolio demonstrating applied foresight work in strategic decision-making contexts
