Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Develop patent-worthy concepts in emerging domains like neurotech and climate tech
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and optimize innovation KPIs using predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
