Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams executing rapid prototyping of future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders at industry conferences and investor forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategy implementations
