- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
- Publish thought leadership content to position company as a future-facing industry authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
