Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities
- Produce actionable innovation briefs for executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor R&D teams in human-centered design for next-gen interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
