- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market opportunities
- Quantify future market risks/rewards using predictive analytics models
- Prototype innovation frameworks for next-gen product/service development
- Adv executive teams on long-term strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Strong data analysis capabilities with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
