- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, WFS) preferred
- Experience building innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic forecasts
