Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering keynotes at industry conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) preferred
