- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product development
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Create compelling narratives to communicate future scenarios across organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
