- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption patterns
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight methodologies into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive teams
- Author white papers and trend reports positioning Nexus as a thought leader
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style investment criteria
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or social sciences (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, backcasting)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
