Responsibilities
- Forecast global tech and societal trends through 2026+ using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in collaboration with C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
