Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable strategies
- Quantify disruption risks and opportunity windows using predictive modeling frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Nexus Horizons as a future authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
