- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Publish thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in business and technology
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or disruptive startups
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
