Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management with 8+ years experience

- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method) and foresight methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
