Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic patterns to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop and present future scenario models to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business planning
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for internal stakeholders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and proposing disruptive opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on long-term positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight preferred
