Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, Web3) to forecast market impacts and competitive landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Advise executive team on future-proofing strategies and technology investments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Represent the company at international innovation conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology disruption
