Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop future scenario frameworks and strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
- Measure and track KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and strategic adaptation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects and strategic impact
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
