- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
