Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 5-10 year industry landscapes

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into market-ready solutions
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future opportunities and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect annual Horizon Scanning reports and strategic innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record in developing future-proof business models and scenario planning
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects and strategic impact
