Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing products/services
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging technologies
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for disruptive innovations using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Author thought leadership content on industry disruption and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario projects and innovation outcomes
