Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or innovation roadmaps
