Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal shifts to forecast 5-10 year scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and business models
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or emerging technologies
- Experience advising C-suite teams on long-term transformation strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
