Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and translate insights into strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients spanning 5-20 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing future-proof business models and innovation pipelines
- Present foresight findings through compelling narratives to executive stakeholders
- Establish proprietary forecasting methodologies using quantitative and qualitative research
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions based on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
