- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging tech paradigms
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of AI, quantum, and climate resilience
- Partner with VPs to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field certification
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological transformation topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, backcasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented innovation initiatives with global impact
