- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for strategic investment
- Champion human-centered design principles in futuristic solutions
- Present futures insights at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
