Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-cultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and regulatory environments
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centered design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future trends
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
