Responsibilities

- Present trend analyses and innovation briefings to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies using predictive modeling
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or foresight consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight projects
