Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend analyses using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic concepts using VR/AR and metaverse technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and climate tech
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on innovation topics preferred
- Experience with foresight tools: Delphi method, Horizon scanning, SWOT analysis
