Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-thinking capabilities across the organization
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies and future scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (startups, VCs, research institutions)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Backcasting)
- Track record of driving tangible innovation outcomes in large-scale organizations
