Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions for emerging markets
- Author annual Innovation Blueprints and disruptor reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and think tanks
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for leadership teams
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor innovation champions across departments to embed foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
