As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to anticipate technological shifts, societal transformations, and market disruptions. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies that position us as pioneers in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends with 3-5 year foresight
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and partnership opportunities
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent needs
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with 3+ years in foresight work
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful product launches
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience with AI, biotech, or sustainability trends preferred
